Once we’ve confirmed your order details, I require a 50% deposit to secure your spot. The remaining balance is due upon completion, before the portrait is shipped. Payments can be made via PayPal, bank transfer, or stripe.
Clear, high-quality photos are essential for a detailed portrait. Ideally, the photo should be taken in natural light, without harsh shadows or flash, and your pet should be facing the camera. The more detailed the photo, the more accurately I can capture your pet’s features and personality.
The turnaround time depends on the complexity of the portrait and how busy I am at the time of ordering. Typically, a portrait can take between 2 to 4 weeks to complete. If you have a specific deadline in mind (e.g., for a birthday or special occasion), please let me know, and I’ll do my best to accommodate your schedule. Please note that during the lead up to Christmas, these timescales may increase.
Yes, I offer worldwide shipping! I’m based in Glasgow, but I ship to all corners of the globe. Shipping costs for all UK orders are included free in the price of the portrait. I use secure first class, tracked shipping to ensure your portrait arrives safely. Some of my overseas drawings may be subject to a slight shipping surcharge due to the slight extra cost involved.
Absolutely! I can include multiple pets in the same portrait. The cost will depend on the number of pets and the size of the drawing. Be sure to provide clear photos of each pet, and I’ll make sure they all fit beautifully into one composition.
I aim for 100% satisfaction with every portrait. Before shipping, I will send you a photo of the completed drawing for approval. If there’s something you’d like adjusted, I’ll do my best to make it perfect for you. However, due to the personalized nature of the artwork, refunds are not possible once the portrait is completed.
